1Day Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Depart Kampala as early as 6am after breakfast and transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary  in Nakasongola roughly 2 hours from Kampala,  The sanctuary is a popular destination en route Murchison Falls National park. Upon your arrival, you will be allocated a Ranger with whom you will track the rhinos tracks to meet these giant herbivores. The animals are habituated by a certain distance should be kept and some bit of hiding behind trees not to make your presence so obvious. Once you have taken enough photos, you will trace your way back to the reception area. Besides the Rhinos, you can engage in walks, birding and watch resident wildlife.

You will start your journey back to Kampala in the afternoon.
