3 days Rwanda wildlife tour package for those interested in a short safari to this East African country

Day 1: Akagera National Park

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, a guide from Adventure Uganda Safaris will pick you and drive to the east of Rwanda to Akagera National Park bordering Tanzania. This area holds an interesting selection of species associated with a diversity of habitats: wetlands, woodlands, grasslands, riparian forest and bush country. You will have an afternoon game drive in the park to see a variety of birds and animals such as elephant, giraffe, buffalo, spotted hyena, hippo, and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2: Wildlife safari in Akagera National Park

After breakfast, you will either go for a morning game drive in the parkreturn to the lodge then embark on a canoe ride on Lake Ihema to see the large number of hippo, the huge Nile crocodile and birds. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 3: Akagera – Kigali

In the morning, have breakfast and enjoy a morning game drive, have lunch and return to Kigali.
