3 Day Sipi Falls Tour

Day 1: Kampala to Sipi falls

A guide from Adventure Safaris Uganda will meet you in the morning after breakfast at around 0700hrs. Drive Eastwards with a lunch enroute  to Sipi Falls on the slope of Mount Elgon. Have a scenic drive through Mabira forest, sugar cane and tea plantations. You will then reach the three beautiful falls called the Sipi Falls on the foothills of the 4,321m high extinct volcano Mount Elgon, which in prehistoric times stood taller than Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge

Day 2: Hiking on Mount Elgon

After breakfast at your lodge, you will set off for a hike on Mount Elgon. The abseiling which takes about 4 hours is a unique and thrilling experience. This takes you to the Sipi falls while going down the edge of a 100 meter cliff. Later in the afternoon, take a gentle walk to the bottom of the falls and possibly walk up to the neighbouring Manyara Caves. dinner and overnight  at the Lodge

Day 3: Sipi Falls tour – Kampala

Depart from Sipi falls in the morning, to visit the mighty source of the River Nile, in Jinja. Have lunch at Jinja Nile resort or Sunset hotel and then continue to the Bujagali falls for beautiful views of the waterfalls well-known for white water Rafting, as well as cultural activities.
Depart for Kampala and arriving back to Kampala in the evening.
